We needed a room for one night. I completed the reservation through booking after arriving at the reception. When the receptionist checked for the reservation number, he recognized I had made the reservation for the following night, and for the day's night, only more expensive rooms were available, what I then accepted, making a new reservation. The receptionist advised me to call Booking immediately to cancel the wrong reservation for a refund, what I did. In addition, I sent an email to Booking with details. We'll, booking told me the hotel needed to confirm for a refund, what the lady did. Emails went back and forth, with booking at some point stating that there was no refund. At this point, I went back to the reception, after explaining the situation, the lady said, she would solve the problem directly and refund me in case I would get a charge. We'll, today about 2 weeks later there was no charge for the wrong booking, so problem solved. In any case I would like to thank the lady, forgot her name, to have stepped up to the occasion and in some way helped to save me from another night charge. In addition, the room was clean, comfortable, large and quiet.

The staff responded instantly to questions and requests. Everything worked, This is an older building nicely kept up, The bed was comfortable with four nice fluffy pillows. There are nice water saving fixtures that really work. The air conditioning kept the room cool (pretty big job in Needles). The refrigerator didn't freeze my groceries, and was unusually quiet The advertised "soundproof walls" nearly are - the only noises I heard came through the window and door in the front. I like simple comfort and privacy

Check in was ok nothing bad or outstanding just right but the lady/owner at breakfast and check out time was super helpful and sweet. Felt like good customer service was back in town! The hotel and facilities are not fancy but simple and clean, just a place to sleep, the thing here is that they treat you nicely and better than the big hotels in Laughlin and for a decent price lol We love the river in the Needles area so we'll be back!

Very clean room, with all needed for a night to stay when you are on a road. Very friendly personnel, the breakfast was light but included all you would expect: fresh coffee, eggs, several types of cereals and toasts etc. My car had a trailer and the parking was not an issue, and the parking area is clean and lighted up. highly recommend!

the interior has recently been updated, great set up with fridge, all new shower and bathroom, great AC, linens. the location is great, just a little off 40 so you don’t hear the noise. easy to get to food and the river. The owners are wonderful and you can’t beat the price. nice to find a small family owned place.
